My sister’s birthday.
Earlier this year, I went through the big box full of my sister’s documents and mementos. I found the card we’d exchanged over several years. I thought I’d lost it or misplaced it, so this was a wonderful surprise. I only wish we’d been able to send it to each other for many more years.
Still miss her every day.
My sister and I have been doing the same thing for over 20 years until this past year when postal service lost it. This meant so much to us both!
We have both battled breast cancer and understand how precious sentimental items like this mean to each other!
